Lillian’s Petite Market & Eatery: Reviews & Ratings
Beautiful, quaint spot off the beaten path. Several levels to eat on including a rooftop. We chose to eat inside where it was cooler. We started with the burata - absolutely delish! I could have eaten another one. Dinner - fried shrimp. Large shrimp, flavorful dip, and side. Tomato pie: loved the crust, felt it could have had more cheese and come out bubbling versus warm. It paired well with the squash salad which was light and delicious. Service was excellent with every team member we encountered.
Went to Lillian's for the first time last weekend for a Sunday brunch, and I was not disappointed. Everything on their menu sounds delicious, and I was torn on what to order. We came in without a reservation, and they happily sat our group of five outside on their rooftop. This building surprised me because when you first walk in, it seems like a grab-and-go shop. To my surprise, there was a full indoor area and an outdoor rooftop restaurant. Our server was terrific and attentive, even though we could see she was juggling multiple tables at once. My friend and I split the "Lil's breakfast Crunchwrap- and wow! This caught my eye with its uniqueness, and we both loved it. Others at the table ordered the Grilled Breakfast Wrap, the BEC Sandwich, and the Breakfast Plate. Everyone loved their meal, and I will definitely start coming here more now that I know about it!
We have loved Lilian's for brunch and dinner for some time. We ordered a small catering package for a cocktail party recently and love them for this now, too. Very well prepared, packaged and portioned. I found the price reasonable, too. A great neighborhood spot.
This place is the BEST we went for brunch and had so much fun upstairs, didn’t realize until halfway through this is the old Harold’s Cabin. Our serve told us the story of how a sweet couple didn’t want to see it close and named it Lillian’s after Harold’s wife I love it even more now! Highly recommend the breakfast Crunchwrap
Top end cuisine at friendly neighborhood bistro - tasty local small plates and 5 seasonal main course dishes paired with an incredible wine list and creative cocktails. We loved that there are many different feels inside this corner spot - entry level marketplace and coffee bar, main level lunch dining, top floor bar, dinner tables, and outdoor patio seating - it suits all moments and occasions! Servers are all hustling and friendly - can’t wait to return!
What a cute and friendly place. AJ makes the best cappuccino and she is as delightful as the coffee. We had the BEC sandwich and the grilled breakfast wrap. Both came with fried potatoes. The was one of the best local breakfast I have had since being here in Charleston. The food was made to order and local. If you are near Congress St., it is well worth a stop.
Food was phenomenal. Definitely get the biscuit with their homemade butter and jam if you go. Atmosphere was really cool, with a little homey shop to check out too. Coffee was delicious. We were one of only two tables so the vibe was a bit mellow and service was good, not greaaaat.
We had a fantastic dinner at Lillian’s Petite Market & Eatery. The food was absolutely perfect, and the atmosphere was wonderful, with a historic charm that felt both old and new. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. You really can’t leave without trying the amazing pastries right at the entrance!
